1. Who we are
card4u.pro (“card4u”, “we”, “us”) is a digital business card service provided by Verve Air. You can reach us at info@card4u.pro or through our contact page. By creating an account or using card4u you agree to these terms.
2. The service
card4u lets you create a digital business card – a web page with your contact details – share it by link, QR code or NFC, let others save your details to their contacts, and keep your card as a pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Companies can manage cards for their employees under a shared brand.
3. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Accounts may also be created for you by a company administrator or by us; by logging in you accept these terms.
4. Company accounts
If your card is provided by a company, that company’s administrators can create, edit, publish, unpublish and delete its company cards, set the brand (logo, colors, company contact details) and manage the people who hold them. A company card belongs to the company; if you leave the company you lose access to it. The company is responsible for having the right to publish its employees’ details.
5. Plans and payment
Plans and prices are shown on our pricing section and may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for. Prices are per year, in euros, and VAT may apply. Where a free trial period is offered, you will be told before any payment is due. Company and Enterprise plans are agreed with us directly.
6. Your content
- You keep all rights to the content you add (text, photos, logos). You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service – for example to show your public card, create Wallet passes and show link previews.
- A published card is public: anyone with its link or QR code can see it and save its details. You can unpublish or delete your card at any time.
- You may only upload content you have the right to use, and only publish other people’s details with their permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use card4u to:
- impersonate a person or company, or publish false or misleading details;
- publish illegal, offensive or infringing content, or content that violates someone’s privacy;
- send spam, phishing or malware, or link to such content;
- interfere with the service, try to access other accounts, or scrape the service at scale.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Wallet passes are provided through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and depend on those services being available. Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC. card4u is not affiliated with Apple or Google.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep card4u available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give reasonable notice where possible.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using card4u and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or for non-payment. When an account is closed its personal cards go offline and are deleted.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, card4u is provided “as is” and Verve Air is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services (such as Apple, Google or mobile networks). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account holders in advance, by email or in the app. Continuing to use card4u after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the EU country where you live. We will try to resolve any complaint with you first – please contact us at info@card4u.pro.
